Returns and Refunds Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns in case of mistakes made by buyer such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
What is your return policy?
Each order is custom made and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue or product received is not as described. In that case, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on which option you prefer.
IMPORTANT: WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOMIZED OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please request cancellation at least within 8 hours after you order.
Please email us at [email protected] with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund if possible. We cannot cancel orders if the printing process has already begun.
How soon do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted / damaged /defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the delivery date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
My order has been returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order is returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being un-claimed at customs or the post office or refused/returned by end recipient. Please contact us to if you wish to have the product re-shipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been un-claimed at customs, returned, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
What if I never received my order?
Please contact us if you don’t have tracking information. We provide tracking numbers and work with shipping services to make sure shipments are done properly.
Due to peak sales seasons such as Christmas, or unexpected events such as bad weather, shipping times might get delayed. We understand the frustration of delayed delivery, but only shipping carriers can solve this problem. We are not responsible for shipping delays or errors in this case.
If we have provided correct tracking information, it means that we have shipped the order to the shipping address you gave us. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it in your mail box, please search around your neighborhood. The item could be misplaced or stolen upon delivery. We are not responsible for the missing package in this case. You may contact the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex,…) directly to get help or open a claim.
What if the product is damaged?
Please send us picture of the damaged product and we will offer a reprint (no additional fee will be applied) or refund.
What if the product doesn’t fit?
Please measure the corresponding dimensions of the product and compare to our size chart. If the measurements of the product match the size chart, we consider this product not defected or flawed and we have sent the right item as described (at least size-wise). In that case we will not return or exchange. We strongly advise that every customer uses size charts to find the most suitable size. The dimensions of finished product may differ slightly from the size chart, but it should only be 1 inch or smaller.
If the measurements of the product doesn’t match the size chart, we consider this product not as described and we will either send a free replacement or issue full refund.
What if the product is lost in the post?
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will reprint and resend it without any additional fee, or we’ll fully refund your order.
What if the address was wrong?
If you provide a correct address but we ship to a wrong address, we’ll take full responsibility and send a free replacement or issue full refund for your order.
If you provide a wrong address and we ship to that address, please contact us and we’ll try our best to help you claim your package.
Refunds (if applicable)
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace or refund your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is flawed or damaged.
- The print quality is poor.
- The product you received is different from what originally represented on our site.
- You never received the product.
We don’t return/exchange customized or discounted products.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not as described (please read about each case above). If you need to exchange it for other reasons, send us an email at [email protected].
1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
