Cancellation & Modification Policy

We can only process cancellations or modification for items that have not gone into production. Please request cancellation at least within 06 hours after you order. After that time, the order is lacked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Please email us at [email protected] with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund if possible. We cannot cancel orders if the printing process has already begun. We will send you a confirmation email once the modification or cancellation has been made.

If you provide a wrong address and we ship to that address, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible or feel free drop us an email via [email protected], we’ll try our best to help you claim your package.

Please inform that we are not guaranteed to deliver you order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design, especially in holiday seasons.
