Our products are printed-on-demand, made-to-order, customized/personalized items; they are not produced until an order is placed. Therefore, after you place an order, there is a processing time before we ship the product.
We have production partners who assemble products for us. We submit orders to our production partner and they assemble products and ship them out.
Our partners are based in the USA, but their printing facilities are located in various locations: USA, EU (for t-shirts and leggings) and China (for shoes, boots, all over print hoodies and blankets). Products are assembled by hand, then packaged and shipped.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Exact shipping cost will be calculated after you add items to cart and enter your mailing address. Total shipping charge is shown on the Checkout page.
Estimate time of arrival
Typically, our staff will start processing and push the order to the associated fulfillment centers in within 12-hours business day. Processing time doesn’t simply start from the day you placed your order, but from the next business day to begin.
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
On average, products are produced within 1-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping time is 4-20 business days for orders from US and 2-3 business weeks for International orders depending on product. Shoes, blanket, 3D hoodies take longer than others.
Our production and shipping time for each product may varies on many factors. You can check the table below for a brief understanding our main products’ processing and shipping time. (the “day” in this table is business day). It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:
- Production time: The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced.
- Shipping time: From the time the package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.

- Please ensure all delivery information is correct;
- In peak season, your parcel may arrive later than expected delivery. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US Contiguous States with the standard shipping method.
- For international orders, it may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
- If your order needs detailed personalizations, it may take a few days for our artist to make modifications, design time will depend on the complexity of the request. Please kindly add this amount of time to the “Production time”.
- Logistics might be delayed due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control. For any enquiries, please contact our online customer service or [email protected]. We will respond within 24 hours.
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship all products to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Globalmail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
Important: For shoes orders, please make sure that your PO Box has enough space to store the item, or delivery may fail.
Will I be charged VAT taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
How is VAT applied to EU-bound orders?
The value-added-tax (VAT) rules on cross-border eCommerce activities change in the EU on July 1, 2021. Starting from July 1, 2021, there are 2 VAT regimes:
- One Stop Shop (OSS) for domestic EU–EU sales;
- Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for import from all countries outside the EU to the EU;
Note: As the UK isn’t a part of the EU, these rules don’t affect how the VAT is applied to orders to the UK.
Change shipping address
You can change the shipping address of your order within 06 hours after placing the order.
- We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the production queue.
- We also cannot change your shipping address from a domestic US location to an International address, and vice versa.
Refunds and replacements
When receiving your package, if there is any issue such as damaged item, incorrect or defective item, missing item,… please contact us via [email protected]. Our support team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Report a delivery issue
If it is over your estimated arrival date or there is any shipping issue with your order, a request needs to be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date to qualify for credit or replacement. Please contact us via [email protected] and we will take care of this for you.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
What if the product is lost in transit?
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will reprint it and resend it once the estimated time for delivery is exceeded. The reprint will not include any additional fee.
Where are the products shipped from?
All our products are printed and shipped from our warehouses in the US, Europe and China.
Is the tracking option available?
If your shipping destination is within the United States, our shipping partner always offers a complete tracking option for each shipment. You can track your order on our website once tracking information is available. You can always contact us via email to get update on your order.
Why I can’t find tracking numbers for my orders?
Only on rare occasions the tracking cannot be available on your dashboard: in that case, please contact our support team or check your email inbox again.
According to the tracking number the package has been delivered. However, I have not received anything. Which solution do you propose?
If tracking shows the package is delivered but in fact you never received it, please try:
- Searching around your neighborhood. Sometimes items are misplaced or stolen upon delivery.
- Checking if you have entered the correct shipping address.
- Contacting the shipping service. Sometimes products are delivered late and scanned delivered by mistake.
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse);
- If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged;
