How much is shipping?
  1. Standard Shipping: We charge $4.99 for orders shipped to USA and $9.99 for orders shipped to the rest of the world.
  2. Fast Shipping: Availability of fast shipping methods depends on each product. Please contact us if you want expedited shipping for your order.
How long will it take to get my order?

APPAREL & LEGGINGS SHIPPING

Can I expedite my order?

We currently can not offer expedited shipping for all products. It depends on many factors and is not always available. Please contact us if you want expedited shipping for your order.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

But please keep in mind that if the items you order can’t be fitted in your PO Box, it may lead to failed delivery. This may happen if your PO Box is small or lacks space, and the items ordered are big items such as shoes or boots. In case this situation happens, please contact the shipping service quickly to resolve the issue.

Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL or UPS, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.

Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.

 

Do you alert us once our order ships?

Yes. An email will be sent to you with the tracking information once it ships. Or you can track your order directly on our website.

Have not received my order yet, now what?

Please check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but you never received anything, please try:

  1. Searching around your neighborhood. Sometimes items are misplaced or stolen upon delivery.
  2. Checking if you have entered the correct shipping address.
  3. Contacting the shipping service. Sometimes products are delivered late and scanned delivered by mistake.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Debit and all major Credit Cards. In case of failed payment, please try a different payment method or contact us and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Ordering process is simply 4 quick steps:

  1. Select your favorite items and add them to cart
  2. Enter your billing and shipping information
  3. Select shipping method
  4. Checkout
What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?

Please understand that once the item is already made or shipped, we are unable to make further change to the product or shipping information.

How do I apply a coupon code?

Enter your coupon code inside you shopping cart. Coupon code section lies between your listed items and checkout. You can also enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment information! (Please note that you must hit apply coupon before adding payment)

How do I change my order?

Can I cancel my order?

We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production.

Please email us at [email protected] with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund if possible. We cannot cancel orders if the printing process has already begun.

What's the status of my order?

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.

If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?

In case of wrong, not as described or defected product, please send us an email with attaching photo(s) of the product and shipping package with tracking number. Once we can confirm that we sent you a wrong/defected product, you can ask for a free replacement or a full refund for your order.

If you order a product, we send the correct size but it turns out that the product doesn’t fit as well as you expected, please contact us to resolve this issue.

What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
