AVATHREAD REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE AVATHREAD REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE AS DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE AVATHREAD REWARDS PROGRAM.
These Avathread Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Rewards Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Avathread Rewards Program (“Avathread Rewards Program”), which is operated by avathread.uk Official Store or its affiliates (collectively, ”Avathread”, ”our”, ”us” or ”we”). These Rewards Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Avathread for other products and services. Please note that your access to and participation in Avathread Rewards Program is also governed by the terms, conditions, limitations and requirements linked in these Rewards Terms, all of which (as may be changed over time) are incorporated into these Rewards Terms. In addition, these Rewards Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Avathread Terms of Use (“Avathread Terms”). In the event of any conflict between the Avathread Terms and these Rewards Terms, the Avathread Terms will control.
Avathread reserves the right to change, modify or eliminate Avathread Rewards or all or any portion of these Rewards Terms or any policy pertaining to Avathread Rewards Program at any time and in our sole discretion, including our right to discontinue or change the benefits or change the expiration date of Rewards Points (defined below) received under Avathread Rewards Program, or to adjust how Rewards Points are earned, calculated or redeemed. It is possible that you may be unable to receive enough Rewards Points to redeem if we discontinue Avathread Rewards Program or merge Avathread Rewards Program into another rewards program. If we make changes, we will post the amended Rewards Terms to avathread.uk/rewards-terms-and-conditions and update the “Effective Date” above. We may also attempt to notify you in other ways. Unless we say otherwise, the amended Rewards Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Avathread Rewards Program after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Rewards Terms, you must stop participating in Avathread Rewards Program.
- Avathread Rewards Program Eligibility
You must be a United States resident (including residents of U.S. Territories) who is at least 18 years of age to participate in the Avathread Rewards Program. Avathread Rewards Program is intended for personal use only, and commercial use by commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible to participate in Avathread Rewards Program. Current Avathread employees and contractors, and their immediate family members living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in Avathread Rewards Program.

- Avathread Rewards Program Description
Avathread Rewards Program is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to earn ”Rewards Points” with qualifying purchases on avathread.uk. Participants may also earn Avathread Rewards Points by participating in Promotional Activities (defined in Section 5) that may be offered through Avathread Rewards Program from time to time. Participants in Avathread Rewards Program may redeem accumulated Rewards Points that can be used toward purchasing merchandise on Avathread.uk and may also use the Rewards Points for other purposes as may be provided by Avathread from time to time. Additional benefits also may be made available to Avathread Rewards Program members from time to time. These Rewards Terms provide a general overview of the Avathread Rewards Program. - Joining Avathread Rewards Program
There are no membership fees associated with the Avathread Rewards Program.
Below are some of the ways that you can enroll in the Avathread Rewards Program. For more information about enrolling in Avathread Rewards Program, please visit our Avathread Rewards Program page.
- Contact us via Email or Live Chat;
- Enroll online when you log into your existing Avathread account (“Avathread Account”) or when you register for a new Avathread Account; or
- Certain selected customers will be automatically enrolled in AVathread Rewards Program. If you are automatically enrolled, you still must agree to these Avathread Rewards Program Terms in order to complete your enrollment and participate in Avathread Rewards Program, including earning and redeeming Rewards Points or receiving any other Avathread Rewards benefits, and you will be prompted to do so upon log into your Avathread Account. If you do not agree to these Rewards Terms, you cannot participate in the Avathread Rewards Program. Auto-enrolled customers may opt out of Avathread Rewards Program at any time by contacting the Avathread Customer Team via email or live chat.
Once you are enrolled in Avathread Rewards Program and have accepted the Rewards Terms, you can view and manage your Avathread Rewards membership (“Rewards Membership”) by logging into your Avathread Account. You may only have one Rewards Membership, and it is nontransferable. You are responsible for anyone else who uses your Rewards Membership.
- Earning Rewards Points
You earn Rewards Points by making qualifying purchases on Avathread.uk or otherwise participating in Promotional Activities as defined below.
Purchases. In order to receive Rewards Points for a purchase, your order must be placed in the Avathread Account that is associated with your Rewards Membership. You will earn Rewards Points based on the total amount paid for your purchase, including any tax and shipping but excluding any purchases to the extent made with Rewards Points, other discount codes or gift cards. For more details about how to earn Rewards Points by making qualifying purchases, please visit our Avathread Rewards page. Purchases made from any other websites owned or operated by Avathread LTD or its affiliates are not eligible for Rewards Points or other Rewards Program benefits unless otherwise indicated.
Promotional Activities. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you opportunities to earn bonus Rewards Points, such as inviting you to engage with Avathread in special promotional events or activities in exchange for Rewards Points (”Promotional Activities”). For example, we may offer you points for writing an eligible product review on Avathread.uk, or we may offer additional points for certain qualifying purchases.

Rewards Points for participation in Promotional Activities will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in the promotional offer. Some Promotional Activities may limit the amount of Rewards Points earned per Promotional Activity. Rewards Points for eligible participation in Promotional Activities may take seven (7) or more days to be added to your Avathread Rewards Membership.
- Redemption of VIP Points
You can redeem Rewards Points posted to your Rewards Membership, which can be applied toward future purchases on Avathread.uk. For more details on redeeming Rewards Points (including the redemption rate), please visit our Avathread Rewards page. You can redeem your Rewards Points at the cart page before checkout your purchase.
Rewards Points are redeemed are promotional in nature and have no cash value. Rewards Points are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be applied to previous purchases or purchases of gift cards. Your Rewards Points are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred (by operation of law or otherwise) or assigned to or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes applicable to your participation in the Avathread Rewards Program.
- Expiration of Rewards Points
Rewards Points expire NINETY (90) DAYS from the date THEY ARE SENT TO YOU. SOME REWARDS POINTS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS OR PROMOTIONS.
- Impact of Merchandise Returns on Your Rewards Points
If you return merchandise that you purchased with your VIP Codes in accordance with the Avathread.uk Return Policy, you will be refunded the amount you paid (excluding the value of the Rewards Points and any other discounts) to the original method of payment, after we process your return in accordance with our Return Policy. For example, if you placed an order totaling $100 for one item and used a $10 Rewards Points, we will refund $90 to your original method of payment. If you purchase multiple items using a single Rewards Points , then the value of your Rewards Points is applied proportionally to each item, and returns of any one item will result in a refund of the amount you paid for the item, excluding the value of the proportionally applied value of the Rewards Points. Rewards Points are for one-time use only. You will not receive a replacement Rewards Points for returned merchandise and Avathread will not credit the redeemed Rewards Points back to your Rewards Membership.
If you cancel a purchase or return your purchase, Avathread will deduct the Rewards Points that you were awarded for that purchase from your Rewards Membership. If you have already redeemed those Rewards Points for a purchase, this could potentially result in a negative Rewards Points balance under your Rewards Membership.
- Miscellaneous
Without notice to you, Avathread reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Rewards Membership and/or your participation in Avathread Rewards Program (in whole or in part), if Avathread determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Rewards Program Terms, you have more than one Rewards Membership, or that the use of your Rewards Membership or your participation in Avathread Rewards Program is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Avathread may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine Rewards Memberships that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Avathread Rewards Program is terminated, you may not be able to redeem any accumulated Rewards Points.
Without notice to you, Avathread also reserves the right to “unregister” a Rewards Membership that is inactive and cause that Rewards Membership to be ineligible for Avathread Rewards Program benefits. An inactive Rewards Membership is defined as a Rewards Membership that has not earned Rewards Points for one (1) year. In the event that your Rewards Membership is unregistered due to inactivity, then you will no longer be eligible for Avathread Rewards Program benefits, including accumulating Rewards Points. You may reactivate your Rewards Membership by making a qualifying purchase using your Avathread Account that is associated with your Rewards Membership, but any Rewards Points earned prior to Rewards Membership being deemed inactive will be voided.
